Atlas of Perfoming Culture to be presented in NY and Mexico City
Atlas of Performing Culture on January 23 will be presented in New York and on January 25 in Mexico City!
On January 23 I look forward to seeing you at the legendary Rizzoli Bookstore in New York-1133 BROADWAY-, at 6pm! The meeting will be moderated by journalist Maddalena Maltese, Correspondent RadioCor-Il Sole24 ore USA.
January 25 will be followed by a pyrotechnic presentation of Atlas of Performing Culture in Mexico City, at the Terreno Baldío Arte gallery, at 6pm-Orizaba 177, Col. Roma, CDMX.
Founded and directed by Eduardo Mier y Terán, Terreno Baldío Arte’s main purpose is to manage and disseminate the work of Mexican artist Javier Marín, among the top sculptors in Latin America.
Javier Marín is also the architect of the major restoration and cultural programming of the Fábrica de San Pedro, which I have the honor of covering in my Atlas.
On January 25, at the Terreno Baldío Arte gallery, I will converse with His Excellency Ambassador Jaime Nualart, Cultural Secretary of the International Italo-Latin American Organization.
Director and playwright Claudio Valdés Kuri, winner of the prestigious Premio Nacional de Artes y Litératura 2023, and one of the world’s best-known Latin American artists, will offer a series of scenic performance interventions during my conversation with the extraordinary Jaime Nualart.
